Don,
I'm helping clients plan, establish and manage electronic communities for knowledge sharing, strategic planning, surfacing key assumptions and "hidden" issues , keeping in touch with their customers and the market, gathering "intelligence", living their vision by facilitating an open dialog between ALL stakeholders.
We will be extending this to idea sharing using visual prototypes and will formalize some of our models using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). I'm exploring web based linear store and forward computer conferencing for extending meetings, providing JIT learning, problem solutions on demand and distance mentoring.
What areas of KM are you interested in?
