I have started knowledge mapping in my department. I formulated some question and I did some personal interviews but the questions were not so good. Can you send me list of some questions? My aim is to find the hot spots in our department. Please also note that this is the development department and we have lot of databases but employees do not have awareness to find the information which is needed for their work. The idea is to bring involvement and awareness on the subject knowledge management. I will be grateful if you help me in this regard.
Thanks,
Aman
