I find it interesting that there is any discussion on KM at all, seeing that there is no apparent consensus to what 'knowledge management' is. Isn't it a bit like talking about a ghost, what Pirsig describes as the 'ghost of reason' created by Aristotle and perpetuated by rhetoric. Is this what we are engaged in, more rhetoric?
