The new system is not ready on time, people are probably not ready as well, and the one who is now kept apart is ... me (Information Manager without information; responsible of the internal communication for this project ...).

Realizing that, I felt first a little bit like these evangelists you talk about and who become very often kind of "martyrs".

Now, I feel better, I just think I would maybe better look for another job ?
