Greetings Atul,
Here are some ideas for areas to consider when looking for opportunities and possibilities.
Looking at KM
If KM is a new area, I would suggest you pick some key folks and conduct an interview rather than distribute a questionnaire, as there will be many terms and concepts that will require discussion to clarify.
