Thanks for your thought. Could you elaborate on your last sentence( restated below). I want to make sure I got your point.
TomHowever, the same tacit knowledge may present different 'expressions' as explicit knowledge
depending upon the context within which it impinges on the 'medium' by means of which it is explicated.
