Don -- In your book, which is very engaging,you present three steps, pose the problem, split it into tacit and explicit components, then concentrate on the problem and the components. Now, I see in this a program for problem solving or research. So then, the issue arises: what is the relationship between KM and problem solving?
And, might it not be fair to say that the major role tacit things play actually has to do with the intuition and mental skills of the investigator?
Something to think about.
