I agree with Chris with regard to the tacit knowledge issue.
I was just wondering if all problems present such easily identifiable solutions or components (tacit and explicit). What if the problem itself is not one that is so easily identifiable. Also, do individuals always make decisions? How does the one 1mkm work if a group of individuals have to make a decision etc, how do you resolve differences of opinion etc.
