Chris, BP must be very near the top. My vote would go to Buckman Labs or Bulab for their pioneering efforts and for being the firm that changed from selling to chemicals to selling knowledge about chemicals.
Buckman I think is exceptional in their adoption of KM 'as a way of being', it is everywhere from their hiring profiles to accepted and expected practices at the customer interface. In a very subtle way this is one company that really 'gets it', just look at the way they are moving on working with tacit knowledge getting ready to lead the next charge.
