Hi Tina,
Technology almost never changes culture and existing minsets, look at your recognition and reward systems, look at the example set by senior management.
Two months is way too short, it normally takes from 3-5 years in medium and large sized firms to turn the culture around. Look for evangelists - folks who are keen to share and show the way - work with them, appoint mentors, provide training and time. Focus on sustaining and supporting the identities of those participating.
