HI,

I am trying to find some specific research material, if it exists, on Financial Services within the EMEA geography. My questions are - if anyone can point me in the right direction or might know where I can find this info out:

1. How many organisation have a KM programme
2. What industry segments are they in
3. What were the business drivers that led them to undertake it
4. What do they perceive to be the benefits of such a programme
5. How long have they been doing it for/how long is the entire programme
