If knowledge sharing has very little to do with technologies, don't you think that a new technology could be a kind of catalysator ?
Or, on the contrary, do you think that if the mentality doesn't change first, the new technology will fail ?
In our organisation, we currently don't have an intranet nor a global system of information management but we decided to build an extranet for our members.
Now, we realize that the information we provided previously to our members was insufficent and are looking for methods in stimulating informative input and knowledge sharing through the organisation.
Unfortunately, management gives us only 2 months to complete the project.
The question is : will this time be enough for operating a mentality change ?
