Looking for successful models or templates re accumulating and managing people resources to bring to bear on one-off client projects, in an organization just big enough so we don't know who has what skill sets, who has facilitating experience, who speaks French, who has bckground in marketing, or in a particular industry. Any suggestions or pointers to extant information will be most welcome.
