We are working in similar fields, but I have yet to gather ANY "in use" measurement devices. Can you share the ones you are using? My dissertation and I would both be grateful. The best thing I can offer you is to take a look at a recent article by Zander and Kogut (I think it was in Organization Science 1995)on knowledge transfer. The published appendix to the paper has some excellent detail on the scales used for their empirical tests.
