Thanks for the references and to Denham for the site links. I have tried to visit all these before commenting. It seems to me that the Knowledge Ecology group is more in tune with the dynamic characteristic of Knowledge. The KM Group still leans to the possibility that Knowledge can be made static, which I believe to be a characteristic of Information and not Knowledge. (I still think most people mean information management when they use knowledge management) The Ecology model makes this a more difficult concept for an entry point discussions to executive mangement, but the writings and forums you have referenced make sense to me, and track client experience.
