Hi Yogesh,

Neat that this subject is being discusses. KE is something I actually mentioned to Denham a while back, about how the earth is the ultimate example of effective knowledge management, how these natural systems manage themselves intelligently etc. A lot can be gleaned from studying the dynamics evident in nature, and how these principles can be applied to knowledge management. Mutual dependence is a big aspect.
