What exactly is your presentation for? To whom? Are you pitching to senior management? Are you participating in a conference?
KM at the community bank level is primarily a discipline of knowing what we know as an organization -- not allowing the traditional silos to inhibit the free circulation of ideas, utilizing our knowledge to craft a personalized service delivery to our customers, thinking about how to stay competitive while dealing with auditors, regulators and eaxaminers.
