Thnaks for your honest reply and good wishes with your book, please let us know when it hits the shelves. As far as I know, there is little written around KM and decisions except for very general stuff, so you have an open market niche. Have a look at Baumard's work, I think you will find his approach to tacit knowledge a great help in this sticky area.
