Hello,
I am a newcomer to Knowledge management (KM) and am still groping around KM terms. Basically, I am now looking for metrics that I can use to measure knowledge management.
Many articles use terms such as KM metrics, Knowledge metrics, KM measurements, and HR-related performance measurements like the 360-degree measurement system. All of which make me very confused.
Could someone explain to me the difference between KM metrics and KM measurements? Their relationship to HR measurements. And lastly, how KM measurements and KM metrics look like.
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
bay
