What a fun question. This type of thing is a nice, practical application of the ideas that we so love to talk about.

With specific reference to political conflict management, I think intelligence organizations have been attempting to do this for quite a while. My question for the intelligence community is just how well is the information indexed? I would want to know info about the parties involved. But I would also want past conflicts and resolutions, conflicts & resolutions with other parties, history of the issue at hand, etc., etc. These all sound fairly easy as I state them, but this has clearly not been the case.

Looking forward to reading more on this topic.
