Hello,

Now, Conflict Management is an area that I have been interested in for some time and the possibilities for KM in CM have posed questions that I have thought about a number of times over last few years, and as it occurred to me again today I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread about this particular mix of disciplines.

So, in the light of the potential payoffs derived from effective conflict management e.g. Middle-East, Africa, Europe etc. I would like to pose the following question, what can KM add to the art and science of Conflict Management and how can it enhance the the same?

I have some ideas, but for a starter I think this might be sufficient.
