Thanks for sharing that story. I think you demonstrated a beautiful case of WIN-WIN analysis. I have yet to see participants shy away from the results if their views are incorporated into a solution.
My concern is often related to there being so few facilitators in the IT industry , due to the apparent increase in demand for field "experts".
