I very much agree with his 4 knowledge problems model.

(1)Lack of knowledge = ambiguity.
(2) Variety of knowledge = equivocality.
(3) Lack of information = uncertainty.
(4) Variety of information = complexity.

Lack leads to acquisition.
Variety leads restriction.
Information is needed for analysis.
Knowledge is needed for interpretation.

The tacit, Interpretation & dialogue, on the one hand and the explicit, analysis, on the other, are circular.
However, in the model he states that variety of knowledge (equivocality) is followed by lack of information (uncertainty). When knowledge turns to information and knowledge at that point is various, why would there be lack of information (uncertainty) at the other side of that same moment? I would expect there to be variety of information (complexity).

However, this is just a language game.
