Hi Jack

Thank you for your comments. Once we start relating to Vision, then surely leadership should start playing a role, and leadership implies, not exclusive, but the management capability of a company.

This conversation is amazingly relevant. I have to sit throug 3 days of atrocious, in my opinion, facilitation by a so-called information engineer. It is interesting though to see how things can go badly wrong when the fundamentals are being ignored.

What are the fundamentals of KM? One of the fundamental points is to focus on the employees. Who are the employees? I think every member of an organization is an employee. Maybe the suggestion is for all employees to become aware of a KM startegy, and for those employees who are in a position to affect implementation, to shoulder their responsibility in this regard. Would a KM strategy succeed because of this alone? I think not, but it would definitely help.

Regards
