Hi Ron,
I couldn't tell you what the overal opinion at the KUB is. My professor is not a specialist on KM. I graduate at the strategic management 'vakgroep'. I have had some contact with Piet Ribbers from the KUB at the beginning. He is also one of the teachers at the post-doc education KM at the KUB post-doc called TIAS.
But my professor agrees with me on the lack of strategic approach to KM. I think Zack written a good article on that issue.
