I'm currently working on ERP systems and KM. At the moment, I'm trying to understand which is the knowledge involved in production planning and how an ERP system can support it. The problem that I have is that I'm not sure if it's just data what is stored within an ERP system or it could be said that it is knowledge.
Can anybody help me?
Best Regards
