May I suggest taht you simply focus on looking
for a good "product Line Manager" (PLM) as opposed to a
KM product manager. Indeed, if the PLM has experience
in the area of implementing KM strategies, etc.
that will be a bonus, but more importantly, he has
to have the experience of delivering and marketting
a product that he believes in.I would also be careful in talking to so called
KM experts - I would be curious to find out what
constitutes a KM expert!Good luck with your search, if I find a good PLM,
