Hi,
I believe that most strategies fail due to the well known huge gap between theory and practice.
Strategies as far as I am concerned are based on abstractions of reality or better on theoretical models.
Therfore, the developer of the strategy automatically generates a "new" reality, for which he then plans
measures to be taken.A second point is that response times, or better feedback about the results of the implementation of KM
methods and technologies, are very long. This fact is often ignored by those "strategists". They often
expect any immediate results.
