We are a Vancouver-based executive search firm engaged by Pivotal Corporation in Vancouver, BC to recruit a new KM Product Manager. How can I tap into KM industry groups?? There seems to be an abundanace of KM information on the Internet, and we are already in discussions with a number of KM experts, but it's hard to locate CRM product management experts.

The KM Product Manager for Pivotal Corporation reports to the Director, Product Management and is responsible for owning and driving the success of a new product line focused on the delivery of Knowledge Management applications to the eBusiness and Customer Relationship Management software market. This requires a leadership role in working with the development team to drive product development, to dictate what features are needed, and to understand and position the product in relation to competitors. Success will be dependent on the ability to enable Pivotal to meet market expectations.
