Don,

My vote based on a number of high level contacts would be:
1) How to create & share knowledge, identifying & removing current barriers, changing the culture through recognition & rewards.
2) How to leverage learning & innovation in a climate of downsizing and the focus on cycle time reduction
3) How to acquire market knowledge through relationships with leading thinkers among our clients & customers
4) How to unlock and measure hidden intellectual capital
5) The excitement around electronic communities, their role in the market and influence on electronic commerce and the potential of computer conferencing

One item that is always a hit is to show the competition is already ahead. If you felt brave enough, talk about the critical role the CEO must play in KM implementation, i.e. he must set the example, instil the new values and become immersed in the technology. No KM effort will suceed without his 110% support and commitment.
