Hi Plesak
I would like to complete the previous answers to your question with the following:
Since our birth we are all opportunity-oriented (children are excellent discoverers) until we are limited in time and/or interest by ourselves (or others, like parents, school, enterprises etc.). So - in my opinion - opportunity orientation is in our genes, and our problem-orientation in business and other fields is caused by the limitations I mentioned before.
