Starting a KM program means to have a strong focus
on the motivation of contributors, especially in
the beginning. In companies incentive programs are
often used to motivate employees. I wonder what
might be the right incentives for knowledge workers
in a global company besides of money. Does anybody
has any experiences with incentives for KM?
