I am thrilled by the "art" aspect of your system, which is "..to establish the normative behaviour of knowledge sharing." The hypothesis that KM could be purely introduced by a technical solution should prove very interesting indeed (unless it has been proven correct already). If possible, I would like to know how matters are progressing, within business reason off course.
I note that you may have a probable KM objective to affect the mindset of the userbase with regards to a knowledge-way-of-work. This is probable one of the key issues I think should be addressed in all organizations migrating towards KM.
In short, I hope your project is measurably successful.
