Thanks for clarifying Denham. The motive for the earlier test drive was that the tool in context - though interesting - is primitive in serving meaningful searches as compared to competing technologies (such as various kinds of bots) that are out there. Based on usage and experience with other AI, neural net and expert system driven 'tools', the suggestion is that the tool in context needs to be drastically improved to match other leading-edge technologies that are generally available and often reviewed in the trade press. I do relate to your point about meaning making capacity being inherent to human minds when the context and content of knowledge domain is not cut-and-dried or highly structured. However, this is the kind of problems that are of greater interest for most companies and their executives!!!
