Hi Everyone,
I work for an Internet professional services company and is currently facing the common problems of unstructured / displaced documentation, innoficient communications and collaboration, duplication of work etc.
Basically, I am very new to KM and dont have much experience in this field. Having said that i am very eager to learn more about the subject and help this organisation where i can. What is the best way to tackle this? How can develop a plan/strategy, and who should be involved?
Would love your feedback people. Thanks.
