I am a uni student in the middle of reading for a case study. I need to apply the principles and procedures of information management to a specific work environment. I am to examine the information needs of the KM / IM manager and staff. Any suggestions from KM managers about what I should be looking for in my readings would be truly appreciated.
Regards
