Ann points out what ought to have been obvious to me from the start: knowledge sharing gets its impetus from inspired leadership. Such leadership, sad to say, is sorely lacking in most organizations. If most leadership isn't up to the challenge, or simply doesn't have the vision or will, then how can we, in our own small ways, provide leadership necessary to instill a culture of knowledge sharing? Has anyone had success on a smaller, even more personal, level, or has it all been pure happenstance?
Thanks as always, TLW
