Hi Daan,
well put. My thoughts exactly. In my posting I emphasised the occurrence where one DOES want to change the way one conducts business (new ways of customer relationships, etc.).
eBusiness and KM both tend to revolve around two principal strategies:
- efficiency: reducing the costs of one core business process
- innovation: understanding and using the new possibilities to create a competitive advantage by reinventing ones core competencies.BTW we still have picked a lunch date ;),
