Martyn, I like your idea of measuring the usefulness of the idea rather than the idea itself. Interesting spin. But in a start up of making a knowledge sharing culture shift, how do we jumpstart the process so that people are even willing to share ideas (and access others' ideas) as a daily way of doing business? By the way, I'm appreciating Incentivas' insights and have told my IT partner to check out your site. Here's another silly question. Does anyone know the url of this site? I arrived here through Ask Jeeves (I asked about knowledge management) and since the site is framed I can't bookmark it.
