Hi Denham, Thanks for your comment on reflection and tacit knowledge. For my dissertation at Penn State I plan to ascertain if female leaders use reflective practices as identified by Schon. One way I plan to determine this is through interviews that include discussions of cases and the processes of problem resolution employed. My goal is to see if the leaders are bringing their learning and thinking processes to bear on their daily tasks and decisions (Ferry & Ross-Gordon, 1998) Comments appreciated. Susan
