Thanks. I already feel welcome, althought the time difference will only allow me to make replies once a day....you are most probably only getting to work now.
Anyway: yeah. I agree. We have played around with many ideas for technological solutions to start codifying the tacit knowledge we have, but it just never seem so exciting like the more "soft" stuff. Getting people together. Even the technologies that bring people together is more exciting than the "codifying" technologies. And the nice thing about the "getting-people-together" technologies is that it at the same time makes it possible to "trap" the knowledge (although in an unstructured format).
Sorry for the stupid terms, but I'm to lazy to first explain definitions and then to use them. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
