hi,

I agree with the need to have cash, recognition or some other tangible rewards, and perhaps some mild disincentive also, however it is probably going to be difficult evaluating shared knowledge and determining quality and ranking the same.

Additionally, I am not sure whether we can reward every employee who fills out the KM system, and whether its for regular filling, or for quality knowledge or for most applicable knowledge, or accross the board for every one who fills up the info.

Would appreciate some thoughts.
