I've only found this forum today and I think it is great. One need an ongoing forum like this, ESPECIALLY in KM, seeing that KM changes so much.
Since I've drawn-up a KM Strategy and started implememnting it, everything has changed in the main think. Sure, some of the old strategy did pay off some benefits, but the new thinking has so much more promises of riches and wealth };>)
Anyway, the most important thing still stays TACIT knowledge, seeing that it's the freshest knowledge. And sometimes I think it isn't even worth capturing it. If you capture it, it's immediately dated: if you can't leverage your tacit knowledge is some obscure way (like sharing) you will not be in adaptive mode, and then you'll die...in a manner of speaking
My point, no, this forum is just a tool, like all other explicit knowledge banks.
Regards
Bennie
