I'm currently pondering how to design the structured process transforming tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.
Especially, we have a DB for cyber communication such like that Q&A, Discussion, Idea sharing and so on.
it is successfully supporting the share of employee's experiences.
there are a lot of what we called tacit knowledge which is good enough to transform to more explicitized form, in that DB.
My pondering point is what is an effecient and effective process and whose which roles sould be defined......waiting for any ideas and experiecnces
