Remote management styles.

The ability to see, hear, and examine the work of employees/contractors is absolutely required.

Tools like Messenger and NetMeeting can establish close relationships and groups within an organization.

Chat, Remote Control, and Email Software quickly reveal the qualities and productivity of an individual.

Having your team in close immediate contact promotes great productivity and focus on objectives.

You cannot interrupt in a chat session, every one has an equal voice.
