Hello
Basically, no. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it both for the benfit of KM (don't tie it to closely to specific business functions) and Training (KM has really to prove itself over time, whereas the value of Training is known, at this stage and with the current "biz perspectives" I would guess that aligning Training with E-Services would be more interesting for a business right now).
