Hi Ron

Although you might get the impression that KM is some new born-again liberalism I'm sure that where it really works is where people can see that it can improve more that just the way people slowly evolve and commnunicate.

I used to work for an IT company whose strategy included "being kind to trees", this got them a lot of "business" in some government circles.

Personally I think we should see more dolphin friendly web servers.
