Hi Tom,
You may find Delano's knowledge management srever product to be interesting. It enhances serach and categorization allowing enperprise wide automatic routing and triggers activities based on the 'concepts' behind the electronic mesage, e.g. auto responders activated upon receipt of e-mail. This can be bused in customer relationship mangement, one to one marketing, e-mail marketing and more. This is one of the first spin-offs using Autonomy's categorization engine. I bet we will see many more variations on this theme soon.
