I suggest five knowledge transfer methods in knowledge management. They are Training, Discussion, Modeling, Library and Consultation. These methods can be done in 'real activities' or 'computer-based' activities.

As example: In training the instructors can transfer their experiences and knowledge to their students directly with using explanations, discussion, and examples. Today the training activities can be done in online with using WWW.
