Agreed, context does determine usefull application of KM, and
Agreed, the queest for a universal application of KM seems useless to me too.it's just that, having arived at this point, agreeing on both statements, we shouldn't stop thinking about KM, we should START there.
a knife can be a tool or a murder weapon or both. We should decide whether we are chef cooks, criminals, detectives, or all of that, and then discuss WHAT to do and HOW to do it. (managing knowledge, I mean, not murder it)
